QUINOA WITH ROSEMARY AND APPLE 
4 servings of Quinoa
1 Granny Smith apple
1 stalk Rosemary
1 teaspoon cinnamon
squirt of honey

Easy!

Cook the Quinoa according to package directions.

Chop the apple and the rosemary. Remove the Quinoa from heat when finished, and add the apple, rosemary, cinnamon and honey.

Perfect fall side dish, served warm. Great left over cold, too.

Total time 15 minutes.

We had this last night and it was de-lish. It is a little plain and I think I would add some more honey and some raisins for next time.
