MOMMY'S SNOW DAY MAC & CHEESE 
Easy and yummy!

3 or 4 cups uncooked macaroni
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Cheez Whiz
1/2 cup cheese sauce (I use Ragu double cheddar)
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine shredded cheese (your choice)
pepper and paprika, for sprinkling

Cook macaroni in salted water. Drain and set aside.

In same pot, add Cheez Whiz, butter and milk. Heat on low until Cheez Whiz is melted. Add cheddar sauce and heat through. Add drained macaroni, stir together until well coated.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese, pepper and paprika. Cover and turn off heat. Let sit for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.

Serve as side or main dish.
