“SHERRY'S MAC-N-CHEESE SALAD” IS IN:

SHERRY'S MAC-N-CHEESE SALAD 
1 lb cavatappi pasta (S shaped corkscrew-like pasta)
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tbsp. creamy horseradish sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 oz reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2" chunks
3 ribs celery, sliced.
Reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese (for garnish)

Cook pasta as directed on package; drain and rinse under cold water, draining well.

In a large serving bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add pasta, cheese chunks, and celery to bowl, tossing well to coat. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
