CHEESE & MAC SALAD 
1 (7 oz.) elbow macaroni
1 c. diced cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. diced celery
1 lg. tomato, diced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. green pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix macaroni, cheese, celery, onion and green pepper. Blend mayonnaise, salt, garlic powder, dry mustard and pepper. Toss macaroni with dressing. Cover and chill. When ready to serve, mix in diced tomato and serve.
