SUPER MAC SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
1 (16 oz.) can tuna fish
1 med. onion, diced (or scallion, sliced)
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 can sliced black olives
1/4 c. sliced green olives with pimentos
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
3 to 6 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Cherry tomatoes

Cook macaroni according to box directions. Drain and cool. While macaroni cooks, prepare other ingredients and mix together (all but mayonnaise, salt and pepper) in large bowl. Toss with macaroni. Add mayonnaise to desired consistency and salt and pepper to taste. (Half cherry tomatoes and arrange around edge of bowl. Place one in center with sprig of parsley for garnish.) Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 8 to 12.
