MACARONI AND CHEESE SALAD 
1 7 oz. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. diced American cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. diced celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 -3 tbsp. minced onion
2/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
1 green pepper, cut in rings

Cook the macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Add vinegar, mix lightly and let stand 10 minutes.

Add the cheese, chopped green pepper, diced celery, pimento, onion and mayo. Toss to blend.

Garnish with green pepper rings.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
