JELLO, COTTAGE CHEESE, PINEAPPLE
SALAD
 
120 miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. Jello (preferably orange)
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 c. salad dressing (or 1/2 c. mayonnaise)
1 lb. cottage cheese

To one package Jello, add 1 cup hot water, stirring until dissolved; add 1/2 cup cold water and marshmallows. Stir until thick and syrupy. Set aside to cool. Drain pineapple well; add salad dressing or mayonnaise. Mix with cottage cheese. When Jello has sufficiently cooled, mix with pineapple, cottage cheese and salad dressing. Refrigerate until firm.
