“SHERRY'S MIXED GREENS AND SEAFOOD SALAD” IS IN:

SHERRY'S MIXED GREENS AND
SEAFOOD SALAD
 
1/2 cup cooked, peeled shrimp
1/2 lb imitation crabmeat, chopped
1/2 cup minced red onion
2 ribs celery, trimmed, finely chopped
6 tbsp. light mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 cups mixed baby greens
1/3 cup creamy balsamic dressing

In medium-sized bowl, combine shrimp, crabmeat, red onion, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper. Stir until blended. Chill 20 minutes. Place baby greens in a large serving bowl. Toss with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Top with seafood salad, serve cold.
