ALOHA MIXED GREEN SALAD 
Use a wooden salad bowl. Put 2 tablespoons olive oil in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and rub bowl firmly with a clove of garlic. Remove garlic.

Place 2 firm tomatoes, cut in pieces, in bottom of bowl. Add 2 medium heads sliced Romaine lettuce. Add 1/4 cup chopped green onions, 1/2 cup freshly grated Romano cheese. Add 1 pound bacon, fried crisp and finely chopped.

Mix separately 1 recipe of Good Seasons garlic dressing. When ready to serve, add dressing. Toss and mix well. Add 1 cup toasted butter croutons.
