FIVE STAR MACARONI AND CHEESE
1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cubed
2/3 lb. block cheddar, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. yellow mustard

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch dish. Set aside.

In a large saucepan or your favorite pasta pot, boil macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

Pour macaroni into large mixing bowl. Add stick of butter, eggs and season with salt and pepper. Stir with big spoon until well blended. Set aside.

Wash and dry same saucepan used for macaroni. On medium-high heat, melt Velveeta cheese, cheddar cheese and cream cheese together, stirring constantly. Add milk and continue to stir until all ingredients are melted together. Stir in yellow mustard. Remove from heat.

Pour cheese mixture in the large bowl over the macaroni. Stir well. Pour mixture into prepared dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.

This mac and cheese is a family favorite! I love that it's so easy to make, and the Velveeta adds a nice creamy flavor. The cheese is melted perfectly, so there are no lumps or clumps. I like to serve this with fresh bread on the side.
