PINEAPPLE-RAISIN DAIRY NOODLE
KUGEL
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
8 oz. sour cream
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. raisins
Cinnamon

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except pineapple, raisins and cinnamon. Mix well. Stir in drained pineapple and raisins and turn mixture into greased 2 to 3 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
