FRUITED KUGEL 
1 lb. noodles (or 1 box Matzo farfel)
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 eggs
8 apples
1 c. white raisins
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
12 maraschino cherries

Cook noodles as directed (or soak then squeeze out Matzo farfel). Add butter; beat eggs well and add along with rest of ingredients.

Pour into pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and dot with butter. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
