KUGEL (PARVE) NO CHOLESTEROL | |
1 lb. med. or wide egg free noodles 2 lg. cooking apples 2/3 c. golden raisins 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 sm. can mandarin oranges (drained) Egg substitute equivalent to 4 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter Cinnamon sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles in water according to package. Drain and rinse under cold water. Slice apples on grater. Add to noodles. Add remaining ingredients, except cinnamon sugar, to noodles. Mix well. Grease pan with butter. Use a 13 x 9 x 2 inch oven-proof pan. Add mixture to pan. Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top. Bake 1 1/4 hours. |
