VERY MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup oil
1 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour two 9-inch round pans.

Mix ingredients together in a large bowl. Make sure water is boiling; batter will be thin.

Pour into prepared pans and bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Frost as desired.

Ok, so I thought all the reviews here were fake, raving about the greatness of this cake. My 2 year old and I made it. I was dying for a good chocolate cake, so we ate it straight out of the oven with fresh cream. Meh! I thought. It was too light and not much flavour. Next day.... wow! It seems to be better properly cooled or maybe next day... and then even 5 days later it tastes fantastic!! So easy to make and delicious. Next time I will make an ice cream sandwich with it. I used butter instead of oil because I had no oil and it's delicious. This will be my go-to cake recipe from now on. Oh, and it baked so fast too! Thank you!!

This cake is absolutely delicious and easy to prepare. I loved it. The only problem was that the cake somehow got stuck in the well oiled non stick pan. I made cupcakes too which turned out OK. I was wondering if it got stuck because of the fancy cake pan I used and if it won't get stuck if I use a normal round or square pan? I'm definately keeping this recipe though. My best so far
