Just made this cake for my son's grooms cake at his wedding. It was a hit! I was nervous making a new recipe for such an important day. More of this wonderfully rich chocolate cake was eaten than the traditional wedding cake. It traveled well and was just a wonderful rich flavor. The cook for the govenor in the state of OK was one of our guests and she said it was was wonderful asked me to make her one. I am humbled and thankful. Thanks for sharing this one, goes to the front pages of my cook book. I iced with a chocolate cocoa butter cream frosting. Yummy!!!

You can also use 2 c. of coca-cola or your choice of pop instead of the coffee if your not much on coffee and it also makes the cake very moist as well... Great recipe!
