VINEGAR COLE SLAW 
1 pkg. cabbage and carrot slaw mix
1/4 c. green onion
1/3 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. oil

Chop onion and pepper and add to slaw mix. Pour oil and vinegar over mix. Sprinkle sugar over slaw. Chill 4 to 6 hours before serving.

You may add 1/4 teaspoon mustard seed, if desired.
