CHICKEN CACCIATORE - VEGETARIAN 
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. can "Worthington chicken"
1 onion, coarsely chopped
3 lg. tomatoes, peeled & coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced fine
2 green peppers, seeded & chopped
1/2 c. tomato puree
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. McKay's chicken broth
1 tsp. sugar
Fresh parsley

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add drained chicken. Saute until browned. Take chicken from skillet and set aside. Saute onion until limp; add rest of the ingredients and cook until thickened. Add chicken and simmer 1/2 hour. Serve with rice or vermicelli. Garnish with parsley.
