OMG... I tried this yesterday and it was absolutely delicious! My whole family said it was the best roast I've ever made. My picky teenage daughters thought it was amazing! This will definitely be a regular in our house!

Just tried this. Makes the best gravy ever. Served the gravy over country-mashed potatoes... yummy! I found that even on low, the london broil was ready to serve in only six hours. Maybe I had a smaller cut than the recipe was devised with? Still, YUMMIEST ever!!

I was looking for a recipe for the london broil I bought on sale. I had all the ingredients for this recipes and thought I would try it. My family did not like it. The Italian seasoning were too much. I added extra brown gravy to tone it down, but it did not help. The london broil didn't absorb the seasonings, it was still plain without the gravy. I will not use this recipe again. I do not recommend this recipe.

London broil is my favorite! Use a good marinade (I prefer mesquite by McCormick). Broil or grill from medium rare to rare. Slice as thin as possible against the grain or it will be tough to eat. If you can't deal with the blood you don't want this cut of meat because it tastes like shoe leather if cooked past medium rare.

I tried this last week and it was awesome. Like others said the gravy it makes is so good. I had some crescent rolls with it and when I was done with the meat I was rolling my rolls all up in the gravy to get every drop.

WOW! Best ever! Gravy was so tasty! I will never make london broil any other way again! So tender after only 8 hours! I used a 3.75 lb cut in half. Some mashed potatoes, sweet peas and french bread to sop up extra gravy. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!

I tried this recipe two nights ago and served it with mashed potatoes and frozen peas. My wife and daughter both loved it, as did I. They are finicky eaters and had doubts about it when they first saw the ingredients. Now my wife is handing out the recipe to everyone she knows. Leftovers taste great re-heated also. Thanks for providing this recipe.
