KIELBASA KLUSKI CASSEROLE
GREAT for "Potluck" dinners! Every time I've made this, people go nuts over it and ask for the recipe!

2 large links fresh kielbasa, cooked and sliced into 1/2-inch slices (tastes best in this recipe if they are browned)
1 pkg. Kluski noodles, cooked per package instructions
2 1/2 (10 oz. ea.) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained but not rinsed
1 tbsp. caraway seeds (or more, to taste)

Cook kielbasa and noodles, slice kielbasa. Once noodles are cooked, drain, and add cream of mushroom soups, milk, sauerkraut and caraway seeds. Mix in kielbasa slices gently and heat over medium-low to medium heat until heated through. If it is too thick, add a little more milk. You want a creamy texture to the sauce.

Note: Works great in a Crock-Pot, kept on low.

Serves 8 to 10 people.

This is excellent! We call it Polish Chop Suey. Very good reheated, too.
