EASY PEEL BOILED EGGS | |
eggs 1/2 tsp. sea salt (preferred) 1 tbsp. olive oil (preferred) water Put salt and oil in saucepan, then the eggs to be boiled. Cover with water and bring pan contents to a rolling boil. Turn heat down to medium and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Immediately remove from heat and rinse eggs with cool water in the saucepan until safe to handle. Crack and peel eggs as desired. Note: The eggs do not necessarily need to be at room temperature for excellent results every time. Submitted by: GatorInTn |
