JIM'S PACNW MAC N' CHEESE 
1/2 (16 oz.) box macaroni pasta
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt (or less)
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. Italian style bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk

Cook macaroni according to package instructions or ten minutes or so. Drain, set aside.

In a saucepan melt butter on a low temp - just to melt it... Now mix in flour, salt and Italian bread crumbs and mix until blended (no lumps) . Now pour in the milk, the grated cheese - mix it in and turn the heat to medium heat and allow cheese to melt. Mix as you cook, won't take long.

Once the cheesy sauce mixture is hot and blended - add it to the macaroni - mix well and serve.
