“BONELESS PORK LOIN ROAST” IS IN:

BONELESS PORK LOIN ROAST 
3 1/2 to 4 lb. pork loin

Roast meat at 325°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Let stand 20 minutes before slicing into serving dish.

Sauce:

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Pour sauce over meat and return to oven 10 to 15 minutes.

Hi John,

It should be 160°F but we like to turn off the oven at 150 or 155°F and cover it with foil and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
