EASY HOMEMADE BEER BREAD 
3 cups self-rising flour
1 can or bottle of beer (any kind)
2 tbsp. sugar
raisins, cinnamon, onion, garlic (or any spice of your choice may be added)

Mix ingredients in greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°F. Remove from pan after baking and let cool before slicing.
