1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together cake mix, butter, and 2 eggs until smooth. Spread in greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth and spread over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (If using glass dish, bake at 325 degrees.) Let cool and serve.
