1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 3/4 c. cornstarch 2 c. flour 2 eggs Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Mix and add flour and cornstarch. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet and bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Don't over bake. They should not be brown - only a very light brown around the edges. |
