DANISH GINGER COOKIES 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup molasses
1/3 cup corn syrup
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves

Cream butter and sugars. Add molasses and corn syrup. Add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll out and cut into desired shapes.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 20 minutes.
