CLASSIC CREAMY COLESLAW 
1 (16 oz.) bag shredded coleslaw mix (I use Angel)

DRESSING:

3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar (or Splenda)
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. ground black pepper

With a whisk, mix together mayonnaise, sugar, milk, vinegar and pepper. Mix until completely smooth.

Empty entire bag of coleslaw mix into a medium serving bowl. Pour mayonnaise mixture over mix and gently blend.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours then enjoy!
