“JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS” IS IN:

JORDAN MARSH BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. wild blueberries

Beat together butter and sugar on low speed, adding eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Sift together dry ingredients. Add to above alternating with milk.

Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir in by hand. Grease muffin cups, and grease top of pan to prevent muffins from sticking from top edges. Pile mixture to very top of each muffin pan. Sprinkle sugar mixture over muffin tops.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
