GROUND BEEF AND SAUERKRAUT
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef

Spread flat on bottom of casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper. Place slices of onion over meat. Put sauerkraut on top. Sprinkle brown sugar on kraut. Place sliced apple on top. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
