natural casing link hot dogs (allow one for each person)
1 large can sauerkraut
mashed potatoes (enough for each person)
shredded Cheddar cheese

In a large casserole dish, cut up hot dogs in large pieces in the bottom of dish. Spread the sauerkraut over the hot dogs, then add mashed potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil.

Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese and bake at 350-360°F for 35-45 minutes, uncovering during the last 10 minutes.
