SAUSAGE & SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes
1 lb. Bob Evans sausage
2 tsp. butter
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 can sauerkraut
2 c. shredded cheese

Slice potatoes and boil until done and drain. Brown sausage and drain. Heat sauerkraut and drain. In drippings from sausage add butter, onion, soup and milk and boil. Layer in 9"x13" pan as follows: potatoes, soup mixture, cheese, sauerkraut, sausage. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
