COCO LOPEZ COCONUT CAKE | |
1 box white Duncan Hines cake mix 1 (15 oz.) Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut 1 reg. size Cool Whip 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 can Angel Flake coconut Use oblong pan. Bake cake according to directions on box. After baking punch holes into cake. Pour cream of coconut over cake and Eagle Brand milk over cake. Let cool and spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle with Angel Flake coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight. |
