CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE 
8 chicken thighs or drumsticks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. sage
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
Pepper (to taste)

Place chicken pieces in 9 x 13 inch shallow baking dish. Sprinkle lightly with pepper. Combine soup, cheese, sage, onion, stirring until well blended. Spoon over chicken to coat all pieces. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for about 55 minutes or until tender. Baste several times with sauce in pan.

A good dish to serve when you just don't feel like working too hard.
