BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 (3 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions, crushed
1/2 c. unsalted butter (1 stick) - don't substitute butter
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with foil. Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish and mix. Melt butter in saucepan over medium high heat. Add butter in saucepan over medium high heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce. and mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture and then in bread crumbs mixture, coating well. Arrange in prepared dish. Pour remaining butter mixture over top. Bake 50-60 minutes until chicken tests done. May prepare in advance until cooking time. Serves 4.
