SESAME BAKED CHICKEN | |
1/2 c. whole wheat flour 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder Dash pepper 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, split 1 egg, lightly beaten 1/3 c. butter, melted Combine dry ingredients. Pound chicken breasts until about 1/4 inch thick. Dip chicken in egg, then roll in flour mixture. Place chicken in large shallow baking dish. Pour melted butter evenly over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
