BAKED SESAME CHICKEN 
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. sesame seed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 broil-fryer chicken, cut in parts

In large plastic food storage bag, place crumbs, sesame seed, ginger, paprika and salt; shake to blend well. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and mustard until well blended. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise mixture. Add 1 piece at a time to crumb mixture; shake to coat well. Arrange in single layer on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425 degree oven 40-45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.
