SESAME SHAKE BAKED CHICKEN 
1 lg. egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sea salt
2-3 tbsp. paprika
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 chicken (3 lbs.), cut up
1/4 c. melted butter

1. Beat egg and milk together.

2. In a paper bag combine the flour, baking powder, sea salt, paprika and sesame seeds.

3. Dip chicken pieces in egg/milk mixture.

4. Shake pieces in paper bag to coat.

5. Place pieces in baking dish.

6. Pour melted butter over pieces and bake until done 1 to 1 1/4 hours. (Recipe can be doubled.)
