HAM-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) can creamed corn
1 1/2 c. cubed ham or luncheon meat
1 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Pour in creamed corn, blend in ham or luncheon meat. Spread mashed potatoes evenly over corn mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until casserole is completely heated and cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.

Makes about 4 servings.
