SESAME BAKED CHICKEN
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. sweet paprika
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 frying chicken (2 1/2 - 3 lbs.) cut into serving pieces
1/2 c. melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Beat the egg and milk together. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, paprika and sesame seeds in a paper bag.

3. Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture and then shake in the paper bag. Place chicken skin side up in a baking dish so they don't touch each other. Pour melted butter over and bake until done, about one hour. 3-4 servings.
