HOME BAKED CHEESY CHICKEN AND
BROCCOLI
 
2 bags of instant rice or 3 cups of cooked rice
1 1/2 cups cubed pasteurized cheese
1/4 cup milk
2 cups cooked and cubed chicken
2 cups steamed broccoli flowerets
toasted bread crumbs

Preheat oven o 350°F. Prepare rice according to package directions. Fold cheese into hot rice and stir to melt cheese. Add milk and blend well. Fold in chicken and broccoli. Pour into 1 2 qt. ovenproof casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs.

Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
