FATHER SIGMAN'S CHICKEN
SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE
 
Chicken breasts, skinned, boned & pounded thin
1 can of sauerkraut
Swiss cheese slices
Thousand Island Dressing

Put chicken breasts in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Take a can of sauerkraut and thoroughly wash it, then drain. Pour over the chicken,. Take slices of Swiss cheese, 1 layer of it over the sauerkraut. Then spread Thousand Island Dressing over that. Bake about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
