CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SAUERKRAUT | |
6-8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 lg. jar sauerkraut with juice Black pepper (optional) Garlic powder In 9x13x2 inch baking dish spread 1/2 of sauerkraut. Sprinkle with garlic powder and black pepper. Place chicken on top. Spread with remaining sauerkraut and again sprinkle with seasonings. Bake at 425 degrees for one hour, turning chicken after 30 minutes and spreading sauerkraut over top again. |
