CHICKEN SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. grated Swiss cheese
1 can sauerkraut
1 bottle fat-free Thousand Island salad dressing

Spray pan with Pam. Place chicken breasts on greased pan. Sprinkle cheese over chicken. Spread sauerkraut over cheese. Pour salad dressing over sauerkraut.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 1 hour.
