TURKEY MEAT LOAF | |
1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey 1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs 1/4 c. chopped onions 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp. season salt Mix thoroughly; 1/2 cup of soup and remaining ingredients. Shape firmly into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Blend remaining soup, 1/2 cup water and 2 tablespoons of drippings from the meat loaf. Heat, stir often. Serve with meat loaf. |
