DOMENICO'S SALAD DRESSING 
Terrific on any raw vegetables and green salads!

4 cups mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1/2 cup wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. cracked pepper
1 can beef consomme
1 env. Knox gelatin (unflavored) mixed with 1/2 cup water

Blend well and chill.

For Domenicos dressing in Long Beach, CA. Add dash of Worcestershire sauce. put in freezer for an hour or so until it solidifies. No more than 2 hours, then refrigerate. Make sure it is Campbell's beef consommé soup, with gelatin added. I've never added water. Great with vegetables and in a romaine salad, with olives and tomatoes only.

I've never added the water, either. It turned out fine with the new Campbells beef consume soup that does not say 'gelatin added'. Love ya, Sis.

I also have fond memories of pizza at Domenico's after Jordan high school football games in north along Beach.

For those of you, who made comments, do you add the gelatin, as well as the Campbell's soup with gelatin?
