PARMESAN CHOPS 
a couple of eggs
a little bit of milk
1 can Italian tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
butterfly pork chops

Rinse chops and dip in flour--then in eggs--then in bread crumbs. To a medium to hot frying pan with olive oil in it add the breaded chops and brown. Place the browned chops in a baking dish and pour Italian tomato sauce over the chops. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the sauce and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese after baking while hot.
