RHUBARB STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
2 c. cut up rhubarb
2 c. sliced strawberries
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
Dash of salt

Place the fruit in a buttered 9 x 9 inch pan. Combine eggs, 2 tablespoons flour and the 1 1/2 cups sugar. Pour over fruit. Crumble together the butter, brown sugar, baking powder, 1 cup flour, and salt. Sprinkle over the top of the fruit mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I made this for a Sunday luncheon and it was delicious. I had about 1 1/2 cups of rhubarb so I supplemented it with a peeled apple. The apple/rhubarb/strawberry combo was perfect and I only used 1 1/4 cups of sugar.
