| STRAWBERRY PIZZA DESSERT | |

1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. butter 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients use pastry blender. Spread on pizza pan or 9 x 13 inch. Bake at 400 degrees approximately 15 minutes. Cool. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Mix cream cheese and sugar; add Cool Whip and whip. Spread on cooled crust. TOPPING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. water, divided 4 tbsp. cornstarch 4 c. sliced strawberries Combine sugar, Jello, and 1/2 cup hot water. Dissolve cornstarch in remaining 1/2 cup water. Mix together and cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in berries. Spread on top of filling. | |

This is just like my grandmothers recipe except hers doesn't have the pecans. When she found this recipe years ago it didn't call for pecans. But the website she got it from doesn't have the same recipe anymore.
