VEGETABLE AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 (16 oz.) frozen cauliflower

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter in large pan and sauté onions. Add mushrooms, rice, soup and Cheez Whiz and stir well. Add frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Blend well. Put in casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
