BAKED PORK CHOPS AND CABBAGE | |
3 bone-in pork chops 1 head of cabbage garlic powder Natures seasoning 1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth (Swanson) Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown pork chops in canola oil. Cut cabbage head into quarters, spray bottom of baking dish with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Layer cabbage on the bottom, season, put pork chops on top of layer, layer the rest of cabbage on top of pork chops, season the cabbage, putting any extra cabbage around the pork chops. Pour in one can of chicken broth. Cover with foil. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, uncover and bake for about 20 minutes more. Submitted by: Will Hadlock |
